What We Do

Services We Provide

Comprehensive assessment and therapy for children and adults, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Speech-Language Therapy

Speech therapy helps people improve their communication skills: speech, language and swallowing abilities. It benefits individuals with a wide range of conditions, such as developmental delays, autism, stuttering, voice disorders and brain injuries. Therapy involves exercises, strategies and techniques to improve communication and promote functional independence, tailored to the unique needs of each person, from children to the elderly.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy works with people of all age groups and abilities to help them do everyday tasks they find meaningful: self-care like brushing, eating, bathing and dressing; work or school-related skills; social activities, hobbies and community participation. It begins with an evaluation of what matters to you, followed by a personalized intervention plan and outcome reviews, so you can participate in daily life as independently as possible.

Psychology & Behavioural Support

Our psychology services support children and adults through developmental, behavioural and emotional challenges. This includes developmental and psychological assessments, behaviour therapy, counselling for children and parents, and social-skills training. We work closely with families to understand each individual's strengths and needs, and build practical strategies that carry over into home, school and everyday life.

What We Help With

Tap a condition to learn how therapy can help.

Speech-Language Therapy

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder caused by differences in the brain. Children with ASD often have problems with social communication and interaction, and restricted or repetitive behaviors or interests. Speech therapy for ASD addresses language and communication challenges, helping improve verbal, nonverbal and social communication.

Language Disorder is an impairment in the processing of linguistic information that affects an individual's ability to receive and/or express language. It involves persistent difficulties in the comprehension or production of spoken, written, sign language or other forms of language. Therapy starts by identifying your child's areas of strength and weakness, then follows a tailored treatment plan to help your child master language skills and communicate more effectively.

Dysarthria is a motor speech disorder that results from loss of strength, slowness, or coordination of the muscles that control speech, causing difficulty understanding speech, ranging from mild slurring to completely unintelligible speech. Therapy goals include adjusting speech rate, strengthening muscles, improving breath support and articulation, and helping family members communicate with you.

Aphasia is a disorder that results from damage to areas of the brain responsible for language. It can occur suddenly following a stroke or head injury, or slowly as a result of a tumor or progressive neurological conditions. Speech therapists help with language therapy, teach non-verbal communication skills, and help family members adapt to new forms of communication.

Occupational Therapy

Autism, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), refers to a broad range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication. For children with autism, occupational therapists often focus on fine motor skills, play skills, learning strategies, social skills and self-care. OT strategies can also help manage sensory issues.

Stroke is a medical condition in which there is damage to the brain caused by an interruption in its blood supply. After a stroke, occupational therapy can help you return to work, be independent at home, and enjoy leisure activities and hobbies. It also helps in learning strategies to manage the cognitive, perceptual and behavioral changes associated with stroke, and your therapist can fabricate splints and advise on equipment and modifications to keep you safe and independent.

Hand injuries involve injuries to the bone or soft tissue below the wrist joint: skin, tendon, nerve, vessel, bone or a combination. Occupational therapy helps recovery after surgery, including scar management, reducing pain, regaining movement, strengthening hand function, and custom splinting to facilitate healing and prevent stiffness.

Traumatic brain injury happens when a sudden, external physical assault damages the brain, often from a severe sports injury or car accident. A TBI can affect memory, emotional regulation, movement and sensory processing. An occupational therapist creates a personalized rehabilitation regimen to help regain or compensate for these skills, with the primary goal of restoring functional, independent living.

Psychology & Behavioural

Tantrums, aggression, attention difficulties and other challenging behaviours often have identifiable triggers and patterns. Through structured behaviour therapy, we help children build self-regulation and positive behaviours, while equipping parents with consistent, practical strategies for home and school.

Standardized assessments help understand a child's developmental level, cognitive abilities, attention and social-emotional functioning. A clear assessment guides diagnosis, therapy planning and school support, and gives families a roadmap for the way forward.

We offer supportive counselling for children, adolescents, adults and parents, covering emotional difficulties, anxiety, school-related stress and parenting concerns. Family involvement is central to everything we do, so therapy gains carry over into daily life.
